Clip Snap (clipsnap.net) is an online tool for assembling short vertical videos. It is run by Kyrylo Pavlenko, 42-200 Częstochowa, Poland ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@clipsnap.net.
By creating an account or using Clip Snap you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
A free account includes 20 videos made with Create Video, each with up to 3 New Variations, and access to Tools for 7 days from signup. We may change what the free plan includes; changes don't affect anything you've already made.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If you've paid for Pro and we close your account without a breach on your side, we'll refund the unused part.
We work to keep Clip Snap running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give Pro subscribers at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid period we can't provide.
To the extent the law allows, Clip Snap is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
You can stop using Clip Snap at any time. You can delete your account yourself on the Account page ("Delete account"), or email support@clipsnap.net from your account's address and we'll do it for you. Deleting the account cancels any Pro subscription right away; the rest of the paid month isn't refunded, except as described in the Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Clip Snap after that means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
